Component manufacturers, franchised distributors, OEM's and EMS providers can
remarket new and unused inventory that originated from the factory.
The products traded are always of factory origin. The supply chain remains
uncontaminated and supported with certificates of conformance and traceability.
Procurement from non-authorized channels increases component costs. Having the
world’s inventory on display in a central marketplace creates competition among
sellers which leads to lower component costs. Participating members also benefit
from economies of scale.
Orders are processed automatically; invoicing and shipping documents are prepared
and provided instantly. Payments and disbursements are handled through an
independent merchant account with full accountability.
